Looking Good

In simple terms  MPLA portraits are about looking good.  In detail it is about you and who you are, reflected in an image.  This takes effort from both sides of the lens but it is fun.  We combine make-up, lighting and photography to create portraits that you will want to display. Ladies, we can apply your make-up.   Our make-up session is about a little pampering, we can teach how to apply your own make-up and to look after your skin, and when you leave you take your look with you, which is great if you are going on to a party celebration.  Some  photographers may say make-up isn’t important and will photoshop your images.  Importantly we never over apply make-up, simply use enough for your natural beauty .   If you would like hair dressing we can arrange this for you.  Our portraiture isn’t just for girls we understand that men want to look good too, especially for internet dating or social networking.  No need to travel for the Hollywood look.

Perhaps you participate in a sport or have a hobby that you would like to have photographed portraits really are about you.

 

For a business or professional portrait we can photograph you in your office or place of work.

 

We are also available  for corporate, fund raising and Ladies’ Festivals. using a portable studio guests can be photographed with excellent results, images are of high quality and for display. This can be an excellent addition to your evenings entertainment.

Family portraits are similar to individual portraits we can photograph you in or out of studio, photographing in your home could be for many reasons,   family life in pictures, or a family member is unable to travel.

 

For large groups and themed photographs we make use of a local village hall, which has all the comforts of home.

 

If your family enjoys outdoor activities perhaps cycling or boating we can spend time with you, if you are not so energetic we could photograph a family BBQ.  Either way we can create an album containing images of your family having fun.

 

Ideally we would like to meet with you over a cup of coffee to discuss ideas for your sitting.
